Lawyer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua with more than 15 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Property Protection, Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Contract Drafting and Labor Law.
Mrs. Gem is also a Certified Real Estate Broker, endorsed by the Technical Board of Real Estate of Panama, an expert in real estate transactions combining her expertise in real estate law with real estate brokerage services.
Noted for her ability to facilitate communication between languages, it is worth mentioning that Mrs. Gem is an Authorized Sworn Translator of English and Spanish, recognized by the Ministry of Education of Panama.

Jenny Nieto Guerrero

Lawyer graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science degree from the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria La Antigua. She brings over 15 years of experience specializing in Administrative Law (Energy procedures, Telecommunications, and procedures to the ASEP (Public Services Authority) and Public Bids in several government entities, Civil cases (personal injury claims, contractual disputes, class actions and others), Labor Law, and Tax procedures. Ms. Nieto also has experience in national and international Civil Arbitration.
Mrs. Nieto is specialist in financing contracts for generation and distribution projects; is an advisor of clients in the electricity sector, including all regulatory aspects so the clients who provides this public service could do it under quality conditions and current regulations. She has participated in Administrative Processes before the ASEP and the Third Chamber of Administrative Litigation in defense of clients in the electricity sector.
